Round or Slot "Rectangular" Ports ?

Hello,

I have a simple question... Exist any diference between slot and round ports ?

Suppose Round and Slot ports with the same area

Pi*r^2 = L*H

And the lenght of the port is the same for both

Any difference in port noise, turbulence, SQ, SPL ???

I don't believe so. Equal area is equal area.
