I didn't feel a single thing when I had one done on my front tooth. They pumped me so full of shit it didn't hurt at all. The sound of the drill and sorda having that feeling of the bit in your tooth is weird though.

I had one and it wasn't sugar/hygeine/cavity caused. I bit into a **** piece of peanut brittle and it cracked my **** tooth down the center(a molar). From there shit just seeped in the crack and reeked all kinds of havoc.
