I have a 97 honda civic coupe, i have a hifonics brutus brz2400.1d with 2 solo baric 15L7s. Factory alternator factory battery i have a optima yellow top and 3.5 farad cap will this be enough?

cap does nothing. Sell it and get some 0 gauge wire to do the big 3 upgrade.

Ok so remove cap completely and wire 0 gauge rear yellowtop to front battery then use the big 3 with 0 gauge?

Yes and build the box custom to the specs of the speakers instead of using a prefab box with square holes.
