Roids

repping 315 for 6-8 weigh 180, curling 60s, squat/dead a lot.
doubt it.

to get big you have to lift big and eat big, it's that simple. Shortcuts will not yield the desired result, though, I'm not certain you actually know what you want as "getting big" doesn't really mean a whole lot. There are so many different classifications of "big". I'm only 205# but I'm supple as a mother and I pack very dense muscle.

That's very decent for that body weight. How old are you bro? I always recommend waiting until at least late 20's before touching test. I was all natural when I won FL strongest man. I was 25 at the time. If you lift correctly and eat smart there is not much need for test. If you feel you've reached your peak, than you probably just need to change up your training style. Find some strongmen or powerlifters to train with or find a good crossfit gym and change it up a bit. Where in FL are you? I can probably hook you up with some guys that will make you realize you've only scratched the surface of strength training.
thanks bro, Ill be 22 in april, and im up in jacksonville at the moment for school. Fill me in on what i need dude. Im like the same size when i was benching 225, squating bitch weight etc.. lol strength just went through the roof within the past 8 months or so

I'm on test right now and it's incredible. Granted I'm 32 years old so I benefit greatly compared to someone in there younger 20's. I've always been super weak in my upper body and its helping a great deal. I have always had trouble benching my own weight , I'm still not there , I'm around 220 and 5'10 (used to fight at 147) so I'm kinda fat. I rep 180 bench around 3 sets 10-12-14. I squat around 500 and leg press 1300. I basically do a 75 percent leg training , I'm to old fight and never had the chin to go pro so I have concentrated on playing hockey. I've done one 6 week test cycle and surely feel way more explosive in my skating. Just remember if your under 25 your body still produces a significant amount of testosterone , it's really only beneficial if you are getting older.

exactly, if you're only 22 than just keep putting in work. I only weighed 185 at 22. When I started doing strongman and focusing on my squat and deadlift I jumped to 215. Get your squat and dead over 500 and watch what happens to the rest of your body.

Make sure your eating pretty much every 3-4 hours a day. I'm sure your eating first thing in the morning. High protein, low carbs. Unless.... You want to just bulk up. If so, eat **** junk food all day and lift crazy heavy while still keeping proper form. I did this for about a year and got slightly chunkier.... Back to trying to skinny up.. Having a spotter is also a huge help.

This would be best ^^^

Would you recommend this for one older than 22? I'm 36. I will say I feel way younger!

Definitely, I'm 33 now and have a ton of injuries from a motorcycle wreck. But I did a strongman contest in 2010 and even I was shocked at the gains I made so quickly. I was not supposed to walk again and I finished 5th out of 10, so I was happy with just being able to finish all the events.

Thank you for the recommendation! I'll start doing them more often. I neglect legs cause I hate doing them.. I know they are the largest muscle on your body and will produce the most testosterone from working them out.

I too was in a motorcycle accident... Screwed me up but time healed me and I'm back swinging hard!

very true, most beginner lifters overlook how important legs are.

And very glad to hear you are fully recovered from your wreck. I have to wear a brace on my leg for the rest of my life and I tore my aorta and have had some complications, but like I said, I competed 3 years ago so I have not let it stop me. I'll be a strongman forever and my 3y old son will hopefully follow in my footsteps when he's older.
