you have a hookup on serms as well?I know a good bit. I never cycle anything myself because I stick to the "easy on, easy off" saying. It will temporarily blow you up but it doesn't exactly stay on when you stop lifting or even when you end your cycle and keep lifting. I do have a pretty decent amount of knowledge about supplements though, and I helped other friends administer many different types depending on their goals and bodies.
I've got a buddy that has been cycling test for the past year or so and he has been winning or almost winning every show he has attended thus far. A legit super or halo will help you build mass very well, as well as tren. They will make you incredibly strong and workouts will be very intense but you will need to also use a liver support and joint support supplement, as well as a protein supplement and a post cycle therapy supplement.
Help me and blobb outI'm in the same boat too.. I wan to double my size, about 5'8" and close to 180lbs. Lifting heavy but size is a real ***** to get on... I'm not a fan for taking any supplements. Just try to have a decent diet.
What else is out there can you take that isn't a "take this for this and take this so this still works and blah blah".....
That's very decent for that body weight. How old are you bro? I always recommend waiting until at least late 20's before touching test. I was all natural when I won FL strongest man. I was 25 at the time. If you lift correctly and eat smart there is not much need for test. If you feel you've reached your peak, than you probably just need to change up your training style. Find some strongmen or powerlifters to train with or find a good crossfit gym and change it up a bit. Where in FL are you? I can probably hook you up with some guys that will make you realize you've only scratched the surface of strength training.repping 315 for 6-8 weigh 180, curling 60s, squat/dead a lot.
