Rockford T110D4 or Diamond Audio M6, which is better?

I would like to know which of these 10" subs is best for the money and for a smaller sealed box. I have run a Diamond Audio M6 before and I was very impressed, but the RF T110D4 Power Stage 1 looks like a beast, it claims to have 3" excursion! If anyone has any info on these, please let me know.
