Rockford subwoofer help

Ok so my stepdad just gave me this old box with 2 12" Rockford subwoofers in it. It's pretty old as the subs are paperconed but the whole unit was only used for like 2 weeks before he put it away in the closet. I just took them out and the rubbers on the side is all good. So I was wondering if anyone has some specs on these. On the sub itself there is a white diamond with a R in it. He says that These were top of the line when they were new. I took out one of the speakers to see what it could handle but all it says on the inside of the cone is Cp-6735 I've had no luck finding any information on these subs so if anyone knows plz help. The box that it is in is ported with 4 motorolla tweeters on it. My stepdad says it's about 7-8 years old but it's still good.

white diamond logo with an r sounds like a "series 1" logo...but those are much older than 7-8 years...post a pic....or look up "series 1" and see if its your sub

No they don't havE a chrome plated back plate but the closest one I could find on the PDF documents Would be the rfb-1122 but mines is waay different becaues the ports are in a different location and there are two tweeters on each side a total of 4. I post a picture later tonight when I get home. I'm gonna try and hool it up to a 1000w kenwood ant wire it at 2 ohms so it'll be 500w to each.

i just hooked up the subs earlier to my amp a 1000 kenwood 2 channel n it sounds awesome. pounds harder than most subs today not badd for being almost 10 years old im guessing. i also found out that the enclosure it is in was custom but ill post a pic of it in case anyone recognizes the speakers. im looking for like some stats on them. the pic will be on my profile if you wanna look at it

Hope this works.

ok so I just tested one sub and it is a 4 ohm voice coil n I was thinking

I have a kenwood kac-929 2 channel 1000w max when bridged. And they are not bridged so that should be about 500 watts max to each sub as they are hooked up independently so I was thinking that 500w at 4 ohms doesn't that leave me at about 125-150 watts to each sub? Correct me if I'm wrong.
