The amp looks used has scratches not nothing too bad. The reason the amp is so cheap is because only one set of RCA inputs works. The front set of rca cause the output to sound really bad. But all 4 channels of the amp can be ran from the rear set of RCA's. that's what I've been doning. Besides that there arnt any issues I've had it in my truck for a hisghs amp with no issue.
