rockford p2 12 or wot then?

hi guys been lurking for a while now... pls help me decide . is these subs worth the mony. i dnt want to blow roofs off or shatter windows etc... etc..., just want decent base,sumthing better than a cheep pioneer(no offence to pioneer,i repect thier top end stuff) here in sa we dnt have a huge variety of brands,so rockford is quiet popular. for the price is it a good sub,or would i b disapointed. like i said, i just want nice solid tite bass. btw i already hav rf amps capable of 200w rms per channel,so i feel these subs would compliment it well.

i heard 2 p2 10's in a premade ported box it hit pretty good for tens but had a lot of disortion if you turned them up to where they would actually get loud

12's could be a whole different story though?

also they have great amps

but my brother owned a pair of the older model 12's and they were complete crap

i guess in terms of subs they just cant really compete with RE, JL, etc.

I have two p3's 12 for a year now and they hit pretty hard. I heard a lot of people say bad things about the Punch line up but to me they been very realiable and seem like their well made subs .

I had some p3's...not too bad....I think for his amp and the bass he wants p2's should do it.people knock the Punch stuff,its not what it used to be,but the price is right

I've heard some P2 10's before, they were nice. The 12's should be exactly what you're looking for.

fosgate stuff is reliable if treated properly and the p2 subs are a nice woofer. most poeple here go with loud a** subs and say punch stuff is no good but the difference is loud and not as loud its what your looking for. good luck
