I heard Rockford got bought out by lighting audio which got bought out by Jensen. I heard it on another forum and had to laugh. Anyone have any info on this ?

I was more or less wondering RF still makes solid amps. Im very serious about purchasing one.

They do, kinda expensive but you can get a good deal sometimes

Only the high end ones are worth using, however due to the price tag they're not worth owning.

You could get close to two Zenon based amps for the price of one high end rockford...so why would you?
