Rockford fosgate vs. Diamond Audio

Allright I saw these rockford fosgate t2 and i realized that I've heard almost nothing about them. What do yall think of them? Are they a sql or a spl sub? Also how do you think they compare to the diamond audio d9 in both sql and spl? Which would you chose?
