Rockford Fosgate question

Hello everyone. First time poster.

I have a used Rockford Fosgate RFX 8102. Here's the problem, every time I load a cd, it rejects then flashes "e20" on the LED. Is there some kind of magic code I need to fix the problem? I've been all over looking for manuals to no avail. Any help will be appreciated.

Disc loaded upside down into Source unit

Source unit is too hot or too cold

Condensation has developed on the playback mechanism

Excessive dirt or dust on disc

Excessive fingerprints on disc

Stickers or labels on disc

Excessive scratches on disc

Disc is warped, cracked or severely damaged

Come to think of it, the unit sat in a derelict vehicle for a long time. Probably got screwed up a long time ago. It's all making sense.
