Amp is in great condition I would only give it a 8.5-9/10 on cosmetics because of a few scratches on the top. The amp is pretty dirty from being underneath my seat in the picture but will be cleaned up when shipped. Other wise works great. Comes with original box, bass knob and birth sheet (which says 1064 I believe)
