Rockford Fosgate Power HX2 Subs Repair/Rebuild

I have 2 power hx2 10 inch sub and one has a shifted motor. I have been looking around for shops that can rebuild these subs and turn them into 12 inch subs for me but have found much in washington state and the ones i did find wouldnt repair or build my subs. If anyone could help me and point me in the right direction to a shop thats closest to washington where i can have my subs built. I would really appreciate it thank you
