Rockford Fosgate P2 (discontinued model)

Okay so I have two 12" RF P2's but both of them have the same problem. The voice coils on the subs keep coming apart , the glue keeps coming off cause of the heat?theres no real physical damage to the coil besides that. They're in a sealed encloser powered by a Kenwood excelon x500-1 mono amp. Am I over powering them? What could be the problem for the constant glue problem.
