rockford fosgate amp with kicker l7

hello, i am having trouble how to wire these subs perfectly. i seen so many pics how to wire but i dont think any of them are right. Here is the amp i have rockford fosgate R1200-1D and these are the 2 subs i have Kicker 11S12L72. I want to wire these subs to max it can support which is 2 ohms.

i seen this before but it shows for a amp with 2 speaker connectors i have 4 connectors left and right even tho its mono so like this [+-][+-]. I dont think my amp supports bridge mode.

You would only use one set of the terminals on the amp. Use the +- on the same side. Those subs can be wired @ 2 ohm or a 1/2 ohm. That amp does its power @ 1 ohm. For amp's max power, you need d4s.

wouldnt that damage the amp connecting it to one terminal? also what is d4s?

There are only 2 terminals really. They have 4 for ease of wiring. Most mono amps are doing this now. They are internally connected.
