it cam in factory box. I ordered it off ebay as a refurb brand new open box never used. all the wires etc have never been cut or anything. I bought it for my saab 9-3 with bose but am now going through personal problems and will not be able to do the install. If you want a refund thats fine we can work something out or i can pay for mounting brackets if they are missing "idk" whats suppose to come with it.

You misrepresented the item as brand new and purposefully cropped the photo to further conceal the fact that the item was refurbished. I have nothing against refurbished items but I wouldn't have paid you 250 if I had known it was refurbished open box with crab grass in the package. I think you should give me a partial refund and make this right.

Taking that pic the way you did, you knew what you were doing. No need to play dumb about it.

The fair way to determine the refund amount would be to see what they are selling for used and refund the difference plus probably shipping. Being in the buyers shoes I would be satisfied with that so long as the unit works upon install.

they go for 250 used usually but none are on ebay
