Rockford BD1500 for 2 12" tc3000

THis is a good quality amp. I run one of these for 2 12" R' s and they seem to have sufficient power runnin at 1 ohm so I would say yes that should be fine. If you can find another one and run one for each sub, that would be pretty knarly too!

These amps actually tested out to be a little over 1650 rms so its actually underated IMO so again yes its a good amp!

it's underrated amp for sure, but i'm not sure one would be enough for two tc3k. It probably wouldn't be that bad tho. But i'd recommend more power, maybe pick up another BD1500 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

I was thinking 800 watts rms to each sub would make them sound pretty good the rms rating for the subs is 1000 watts according to the website.... if I am constantly putting 1500+ watts to each sub will that blow them?

Do you know of any other amps that are comparable to the bd 1500?

I will have a more powerful altenator and extra battery and caps as well so I will have everything powered properly.
