Dude, you will be hard pressed to find a quality amp that will do the power that Fosgate will for the money you said you want to pay.

alright i got both the amp n sub hooked up in the back of my car,

the rockford is getn like 200 rms cuz its 8 ohm

the sq is pretty good, runnin sealed, for a 100 dollars the sub is worth it

im not sure about the amp cuz i cant run it at 2 ohm to see its potential, but it does a good job on not distorting the sub
