Rockford 450.4

I have the amp above & I need to access the connectors which is blocked by a panel on the amp & I dont know how to remove it..I have a pic if anyone can assist me how to remove these screws or whatever, thanks.

Looks to me as though you need an Allen wrench to remove those screws from what I can tell.They look a bit stripped out, so be easy!
