so my buddy donny sold my original SX box for the 2 12's i used to own.

so we went to go see the kid and give him the box. i recieved my $50 n we decided to install it for him, to help his life easier.. also we wanted to hear how much louder it would be.

so we walk over to his car... wich is a Toyota Celica.

now my box is 37" wide 15" high and has a double front baffle for the subs

made to fit in a BLAZE:eyebrow:

so we walk over there n then the fun begins...

now as u can tell, there was like no room to fit this box? so how did we get it in????

ok so this was the biggy.. we did not know it wouldnt fit untill we put the subs in and had it hovering over the cargo area

we did not have a tape measure and it looked like a tight fit by eye... and it deff was..

first this is what we did.. we were planning on having the subs face backwards, WRONG to close of a fit. the subs were touching metal:

so then we had to turn it aroun, as shown

now u ask how did we get it to fit if it wasnt meant to be??

BAM the box was droped into place and so tight not even a thief is going to get that out, let alone the **** person, lol

lol i told the kid the box was made to fit my blaze. and he points to his little celica, lol

And I think your next task should be to fix his hood...

yeah it was alot louder. and he loved it. he was very pleased with it.

I told him if he cuts out a top piece of plywood and carpets it. places it over the trunk area to the front of the box it will look like a real nice custom install.

but who knows if he even wants to go that far. and for the hood. id just tell him to buy a new one, lol.

im no mechanik, id screw it up worse.. lol
