RL-p's got metered!!!

well yes, a fuse does have some resistancea noticeable amount? i guess so

you definitely dont want to be driving around with no fuse

with 4ga wire, i wouldnt go over 120 amps for the fuse
i don't want to drive like that either...had a car catch fire once;)

it was either wire it direct or say fu(k it and go home without getting metered;)

The LA amp? Does that stand for lightning audio? If so, I bought a 900w from that brand and i doubt it was actually even 400 watts.. It was probably there lower line of amps though (bolt)

ya when i was 16 (and stupid) i had 4 ga ran through the fender(not one fuse in the whole thing), into the car through the front of the door, then to under the carpet to the back. well one day driving down the road i guess that the door had finally rubbed thru the wire where it was shut in the door. shorted out and caught a blaze. melted right thru the carpet, and flames shot from under the hood where it was laying on fuse box:(

i was dumb!

i bet that was a cool sight to see, eveyrthing is better with Flames

Jelly I suggest replacing ur glass fuse wit ha fuse breaker prolly a 140 amp they never burn jsut gotta reset them if it over draws. Not sue how much all ur fuses on the 4 ga add up to but add them all then get a circuit breaker close to that amperage saves alot of time and money in long run .

how much current can you draw through 4 ga? i got 120A and 30A so i'd need 150A...but if thats more than 4 ga can handle then it would be pointless to even have a fuse. cause you fuse the wire...not the amp;)
