In curiousity how much would 2 of them run for? My friend owns a 12" L5 and want to do something different, so i recommended 2 8's. so i was lurking around the forums, and see that for 8" subs the RL-i8's are good drivers. I seen the HotCarl video at ROE, and was quite impressed on the flexing and tricks on what that baby that can do. You guys think 2 RL-i8's can get louder that the 12" L5? it will be placed in a 2004 Toyota Tacoma Xtracab pickup truck.

All I can say is the RL-i8 is a really mean little sub. They can do some amazing stuff.....

lol i know what you're saying, dont know what dante wants but i was just wondering about an spl comparison, ie. would i get more output with one rl-i8(prob not?) or maybe more output with 2?
