Not our fault you got in a wreck and your equipment got damaged.

You can get it reconed and get a new basket on it and pay for it if you wish, but you have to take that up with your insurance company.

Well, finally got my system all tuned and hittin nice and guess what happends. I get t-boned 30 min later. So my eclipse is totaled and some of my brand new audio equipment was ruined. On top of that the accident was my fault according to the cops b/c I failed to yield, and he also gave me a ticket for having blad tired to, how nice. "According to the cops?" Did you fail to yield or didn't you? If you did, then "I get t-boned" is what happens when you pull out in front of someone. Was the other driver injured? How much did you mess up the other vehicle?

How bad is your driving record, that you expect to lose your license over a FTY ticket and an equipment violation?

I have full coverage on the car b/c im on my full insurance. I just made a bad judgement on how fast the other drive was going and I am aware the accident was my fault so theres no need to be a jerk and rub it in. The other person was completely fine (was actually a kid who I used to be friends with who graduated last year). His van was a little messed up in the front but he was able to drive it into the parking lot closest by, im not sure if its totaled or not. The reason im losing my license is because im still 17 and I have already had a ticket for driving after 9 last year, so I'm not aloud to get another due to nys probationary period until your 18 or w/e it is. As for the sub goes I wanted to know if this was something that could be fixed.

man that sucks i jsut lost my car 2. as far as the insurance the only way they'll cover your system is if they are notified before the accident. samething happened to me when my car was stolen and stripped of 1800 dollar rims 1200 dollar lambo doors and my system only thing they covered were the doors evry thing else was money well wasted

As for equipment my box that i just built last weekend and my brand new Fi Q are hurtin. I got in a wreck a few weeks ago....same situation, except the other guy failed to yield.
