**** trey, i didnt see this thread and made a repost.. Dont i feel dumb. Actually though he was released and went home and then died from what the davematthewsband.com website said.

BTW I went to their concert 7/7/08 in ATL and he was in the hospital at that time... His replacement did a WONDERFUL job and honestly it was hard to tell he wasnt the original member.
