I installed 2 Diamond audio amps in my 2001 Acura CL a while ago and always had this thump through the speakers whenever I turned the head unit off (using the stock head unit). A friend of mine told me to install diodes between the remote turn on power source and the amplifier. I did that but the thump was still there. Any ideas of what's wrong?
