I don't like "ricers", and i drive an american muscle car, but last night i got my *** handed to me by a 82 toyota corolla. A fast car is a fast car in my book.

Didnt know that. I never really heard anything on Chevy being in F1, altho I dont watch it often.

he is egarly awaiting it, but theres rumors of a supercharged version so im not sure what his plans are... maybe i will be able to touch it if i ask enough

There are many more important things to handling than the drivetrain layout ... and AWD is definitely not the best for cornering.

1.)You are lying out your ***.

2.)You dont know what a good running car sounds like. Those "misfirings" are the car actually firing,most likely it is cammed, and has an off-idle, but that is normal, but of course you wouldnt know this because your mom dropped you as a child in a desperate hope that it would kill you, but you just ended up mildly retarded.

3.)American cars handle just as well. Notice how the new Z06 is the 2nd fastest stock car behind the Carrera GT on Nurbergring? It beat the McLaren F1, and all of that jap import skyline shit as well. The cobra R,the camaro 1LE, Z06, Ford GT, SHELBY COBRAS BACK IN THE DAY THAT ACTUALLY BEAT FERRARI, all that shit you seem to forget. Hell, I hate ford, but they made the **** Ferrari slayer..do you see honda doing that? No.

4.)No import will ever,ever,ever,ever,EVER be as fast as an American car. We will always ALWAYS be faster. Case-in-point=Top Fuel. All American V8's there,as far as Im aware of. I didnt exactly remember John Force or the US Army team contracting Kia or Toyota for their shit. Now,granted, Toyota and Honda make awesome F1 cars, but so does Windsor and Ford. And if I'm not mistaken, didnt the C5R kick everyones *** last year?

5.)As for build quality, I have 150,000 miles on my engine and I run 12's all day. Do that to your 240sx and get back to me.

6.)You don't know anything about cars, you don't know what is quick, and you would make anyone that knows how to change their cars oil cringe with the lack of knowledge you have. You need to die so that the world can be a better place.

Talk shit now, but I garuntee you Hot Rod, Car Craft, GM High Tech Performance all offer FAR superior tech articles than import tuner, honda tuner, or anything else import.

Oh yeah... american cars are just the fastest sh!t ever created huh? Well lets take a look... how many american cars do you see running in the WRC, or Le Mans, or any other big racing event? Very few to none. Where do you see american cars? On drag strips and NASCAR... Thats right... NASCAR! the redneck sport. There's nothing special about going around in one big circle for 500 laps... try racing a REAL circuit. And about dragstrips... the only reason you see american cars there is that they are simple crap, and nobody wants to tear up a nice car to make it go fast.... i mean, come on...tear up a 70,000 dollar nsx, which could smoke most of your v-8 clunkers, or go have fun with a chevy 350 in a lightweight car.

Im not saying all american cars are crap... just that all you idiots who think they are the best thing since sliced bread are, in fact, idiots. I like the old chevelles, javelins, camaros, corvettes, old stangs and all that crap... but i dont go around preaching it like some gospel.

I like working on the old american stuff... it has a mean roar that just sings "horsepower". No a 4 cylinder will never be as fast as an equally tuned 8, because of displacement... theres no replacement for displacement. Im not a hardcore fan of imports either, I like the old datsun z cars: the 240z 260z 280zx (we had an 85 280zx turbo.. thats a fast car) and the 300zx...and i like a select few other imports. But i would buy an import over domestic any day of the week because i know that 9 times out of 10, they will be a hell of a lot less trouble in 5-10 years. Im not a big fwd fan... i think it sucks. rwd is a hell of a lot more fun to drive, and imports nowadays lack that... which is why im not a hardcore fan. Anyways, thats it for now...
