It's not actually 100 dB efficient... Massive has done this before with a big driver they put out at CES in 2008 -- It's a 2.83v rating (1 watt @ 8 ohms) but the sub is Quad-1 ohm.

At 0.25 ohm that is 32 watts... so 86 dB with one watt.

If it was really as good as they claim they would have posted a bit more details on the rating... such was "1w/1m"
