RF T162s or something else?

I'm about to order 2 sets of the RF for the front stage. I'm not looking for the best Sq, but something that can hold it's composure when cranked. The 2 sets will be about $300. Is there anything out there that's louder and clearer for $300? Please do not recommend Rsd's. I don't like them. I'm also considering the HCCA 6.2 and maybe the Opti6c? Any help or suggestions on what I should do?

I can't do anything Cdt Cl, but the EF-61FG/Tw25 tweeter looks real good for $170. Cdt looks good on paper, but I'm not hearing what I need to hear from the reviews. I've never heard Cdt anywhere. I'd hate to take a chance and end up hating them. I have a old magazine with a Cdt review, and they didn't score well. People keep telling me Cdt is laid back, and I hate laid back components. I also don't want something that will need an upstage kit.
