RF Punch P2D4 or Pioneer TS-W3003D4?

Looking to upgrade 2 10" original JL Audo W3's to some of these 12" sub. I'm looking to spend around 100ish on each sub. I saw both of these subs but am not sure which is better. I listen to mostly hip hop and want hard hitting bass but don't want hella hella distortion. Which do you guys think is better?
