I've bought 4 amps from them over the past 3 years, one being a Pioneer 3 months ago. Never had a problem... always received the product within 4 days. I think their problem is they have different warehouses aside from the main(I think) Florida location. So some products will only be "stocked" at a smaller warehouse and they just send your order there if they don't have it in Florida. They don't keep their site up to date with stock information nor are they quick about informing you about holdups.

ordered my 1200d (refurb) with 2 12" L7's, recieved fine, perfect condition, sold the subs, amp still works to this day (bought it about 1.5-2 years ago)

ordered some audiopipe wiring accessories, recieved fine, worked great.

Ordered an orion 2002, waited about 2 weeks, still didn't get it so I called them, said they were out of stock, (they didn't care to email/call me) so I had to send them another money order (didn't have bank card/paypal) for like $20, guess my hassle wasn't worth a $20 credit.

They're typically cheaper than most other sites, but for $20-$30 more you could order from woofersetc.com (my personal favorite site). I ordered an amp from them and about an hour later they called me saying they were out of stock, and didn't charge my card yet til they talked to me.
