kinda odd that a person who afford to give away a 32gb ipod would be worried about cancelling his card over a 16gb ipod purchase when it could just be sent back for a refund

If you don't send it back, they could mess with your uncles credit I believe. Just send it back.

Yeah, I'm sending it back monday. Well here's the deal: My uncle as a christmas present gave me an AMEX platinum with a $400 budget per month. I called him and asked since I had only spent $80 this month on it because of spring break and what not, if I could order an iPod with it. He said he'd think about it, thought about it and called me back saying to go ahead and do it. I went and ordered it, and probably about 2 minutes after I hit confirm my purchase he called and said to cancel it lol
this doesn't make me a scammer tard. I have plenty of people who can vouch for me.
