RE's not answering the phone

I've never had a problem reaching them as long as you call while they're open.....and I like how people complain that there is no receptionist, meanwhile if they did have one, people would complain that the receptionist didn't know every single T/S parameter and recommended box size off the top of their head.

best time to call them is right after their lunch. thats when i always get ahold of them. But i dont like the foreign dude who answers the phones. I always ask him to repeat what he says.

I must admit that this has been a complete over-reaction. I was able to get in touch with RE and place my order for my MT 18" sub.
