Its not a sea turtle,as they have fins not claws.Probably a snapping turtle of some sorts.

some type of turtle with no shell thats probly were the dis coloration is from on the body , something probly fell on it, and broke the shell

a turtle has to have a shell its backbone is part of it. if the shell was broken off there would be blood considering that the turtles skin is connected to the shell. plus no turtles have teeth.
