I would like to remove my Kicker zx700.5 amp and 2x12 Kicker subs from my 1997 mustang in preparation of selling the car. I will leave the panasonic head unit and speakers in it, but am wondering if I get a smaller cheaper amp, if I would be able to directly replace it so the speakers will still work. I would only need a 4 channel amp because there won't be subs anymore. I am mostly concerned with how the power works…will I be able to just take the power cables from the current kicker amp and plug them directly into another amp? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Resonix is supposed to be the bees knees, but it is a little $$. If I was doing the whole car, probably would shell out for the entire resonix...

CDT makes some dammned good speakers. They really sound amazing on some power and door preparations. Ive enjoyed all of my CDT speakers, and still do
