Repairing cracked/broken sub frame

Does anyone have any experience in repairing/replacing cracked metal subwoofer baskets?

some plastic welder epoxy is strong as hell, but if the basket misaligned its not gonna help anything

Shouldnt you file a complaint and have them replace it? They damaged it, their not supposed to do that.

It's a used sub and it was'nt insured for replacement value, just the usual $100.00

I'm working on getting that from fedex as we speak,however that 's not going to get me another Infinity 10.1.
