Repairing blown O/S Planet audio amps

I have two old planet audio amps that have blown MOSFETS in them. 1 is a p300.2s and the other p400.2s. They have the same blown MOSFETS in the same place on both amps.

I was wondering if i can just replace the blown fets with new ones and it will work. what else sould i look for?

no... you cant just replace the burnt parts and expect the amp to work again... you have to go deeper in to the circuit and replace all the parts that may have caused those parts to explode in the first place......

you could possibly get lucky with repacing just the burnt parts. you also run into the chance of burning up your brand new parts again..

blindly throwing parts at a amp to fix is not the way to go. you need to find out the root problem that caused the parts to explode..

what do you want for the amp in the bottom of the first pic? the small planet audio..

Alright well i can get 25 irfz44n for $9 is it worth trying or can i mess the amp up even more? What else should i look at?

I have zero experence fixing amps i can just solder stuff so i thought it would be worth a try.

Does anyone know what they are worth fixed and if it is worth it to fix them?

As far as the Planet Audio HVT 754 goes. I'm have no idea what it's worth. what's a fair offer? Everyone I see listed was around 280-375 but those were mint.
