I am an insurance agent. Price for the property coverage seems OK but you don't have to buy earthquake. Not really worth it if you are a renter. What are the odds you lose your personal property from an earthquake, pretty slim as a renter unless the building completely collapses. Take the $100.00 and increase you personal property amount. $25,000 is kinda low. How much to replace every pot, every stitch of clothing, your TVs, your stereo, furniture, etc...

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. It is the one way this newb (me) can actually be of use in this forum.
