Removing grille shell

Does anyone know how to remove the grille shell on a vechicle? Im trying to install my new billet grile for my 03 Ranger and I can't figure out how to get the **** grille shell off. It seems like theres these really tiny tiny tiny tiny bolt holding it on and I cant fit any tools on them. help?
