removing basket

get the proper screwdriver, attach vise-grips or channel locks for torque, turn.there might be threadlock applied, you might need some threadbreak stuff.
Thats what I do for stubborn screws.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

1/4" socket, rachet and philips bit. and some cajones

you do not need do push/pull hard to get them ou.

my tc9 had the loctite on the screws, used this method and they popped off with eas. but you need a socket extentions

impact driver may be needed if they are stuborn.

make sure to tape off the gap before you even try to take a screw out because you will see metal shavings.

if you have rounded them already take a 1/4 drill bit and drill the head off. then once the basket is off they will come out with vise grips. the bolts should be 6mm when you go to replace them. i always put in hex head so there is no problems replacing them if need be later down the rd, wish woofer co's would use them too...

If the screws were glued or lock tighted, then a torch will do the trick. Just heat the heads of the screw for a few seconds and then use a good screwdriver that fits the heads of the screws. Works every time for me.
