removal of water spots

water spots are on my gf's 06 charger and im detailing it for them and i have washed and waxed with a waxer the wholecar real good and they are still there i've tried alot of things but it won't come off theres one thing but it would take days to do it's like soe kinda tar emover but you can only do one little sopt at a time

 
buffing wheel will take them right out, but only if you have enough expirence with them

try a heavy cut cleaner followed by a polish.

if its black use a swirl remover then polish.

Meguiars makes good polishes and cleaners.
