Regripping Golf Clubs

Today I'm taking my golf clubs in to get regripped. As many golf shops as there are around my area, it's hard to get someone who has the grips to do my Taylor Made Bubble Shaft Clubs because they require a wider grip. Anyhow, these idiots I'm taking them to better have the right grips like they said or else there will be some problems. Driving 20 miles just to get them done, plus checking out some new equipment. Going out to play a round on Friday.

man..if you have more than one choice for a shop within 20 miles your lucky..try living where everything is at least 65 miles away..65 miles to the big city of 24,000 people.

I don't live in a big city, I just happen to live where there are a lot of golf courses within a 20 mile radius.

I wouldn't trust myself to regrip my own clubs.

Its worth the investment for somebody else to do is PROPERLY (i.e. they have done it before many times).

Anyways, i'm looking forward to hopefully playing more than i did last summer. Internship+job+stereo competitions pretty much eliminated golf from my summer. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

I agree, I'd prefer to keep my clubs, don't need the club flying off into the lake with only the grip left in my hand. Something like that happened to a friend of mine. I had just bought these clubs and gave him my old set, he went to tee off at a par three with the 7 iron, hit the ball solid and the club head went flying off into the water, ball landed on the green, about 30 ft from pin.

Never the less I my clubs regripped for my Dads Older Taylor Made 300 series and they messed up my 5 wood, it sucked had to have it re done and they didnt even rrefund me for that club,,,,,*****es

I do make threads like this everyday, they just get turned into threads that cause a big uprising.

i have been golfing with my winn wrap 6's on my ping zings and then aero g8 17s on my cobra 427ss and my cobra hypersteel 5 wood and then the odyssey red mesh on my dfx 2 ball
