i didn't even think that had an effect on the sale of a home. so what if you got them to drop the price $15k over this and after living there 6 months he decides to move. you now get to sell the house for more and make a profit? i dunno about that.

 
ya but im sure living next to someone like that nobody with a family will move in if you know what i mean so it prob makes it harder for them to sell it so they drop the price for ease of selling. I wasent sure thats why I was just asking to see if it really does drop or not

 
Drop the price for what? You don't have kids, and unless he is a ******, it doesn't effect your buying the house.

I would not trust my fiancee to be there.. Hell hes only been caught 3 times he might have done it 50 times. You are willing to take the chance of having your fiancees innocense stripped of her and probably ****ing up your relationship for a house or a few bucks off.. No thanks bro make a wise decision.

cause the house i actually a really nice house. This house wasent even my idea it was hers. it prob wont happen but I wasent sure. In my area also the houses havent dropped off that much not like in other cities and states

 
hear is my question how sure are you that you and your fiancee are going to work out . cause it would really **** if you 2 split up and one of you had to move an find another place on your own . or if its in both of your names have to sell the house and divide up the money

 
honestly, i wouldnt be surprised if the price didnt go down. the *** offender could probably sue and in this day in age.... he would prolly get like 5 mill and turn into Michael Jackson
