no im looking to buy a house before I have kids then me and my fiance are going to build a new house on land her parents own. if I had kids it wouldnt even be a option

This might sound a *tad* immoral.....but if they dont ask, dont tell.... make them do the research ON THEIR OWN!....if they bring it to your attention act surprised....

And as a father, I wouldn't live next door to one.....

no im asking cause theres a house me and my fiance wanna buy cause it looks like a great starter home. But a reg *** off lives next door. So I wasent sure how much we can get them to drop the price

well just ask them if they are aware of this, then ask if the house price can be dropped, if not let them know ur looking somewhere else (they will call u back)

I would first find out what they were convicted of. Someone who poked a 16 year old when they were 19 might be a *** offender.

ya he was convicted of 2 one in 1987 and then one in 1995. the first one was someone over 14 the 2nd one was under 14.
