I finally saw the Err of my ways last week, I knew that i didnt like my subs/ amp (everything Audiobahn). So i did the only thing i could, Sold it to some guy who that the shiny chrome looked good. then used some of the money i had saved up and bought a whole new setup. thanks to everyone on the forum for showing me that audiobahn is just low end car audio in a shiny package.

Im not gonna say they dont, but after having nearly the same audiobahn setup you have, (same amp and 2 of the same woofers) ive gotta say that the new JL systm that i have sounds 1000000000 better. audiobahn gets loud, but doesnt have close to the same SQ

i dunno about 1000000000 times but about 100x , I have always liked SPL over SQ but lately ive wanted a little more SQ which is why i switched subs to Treo rather than Audiobahn, IMO the only audiobahn subs worth buying for some halfway decent SQ are the Alums in a sealed box. As for the others just look for 75% SPL / 25% SQ.. exept for the 05 series those had some really good SQ when in a properly tuned box and still got retarededly loud IMO.

yeah, kinda got carried away with the o's. I also like spl, but just the sound of the audiobahns got on my nerves.
