You will have a better experience though if you do charge it first... but sacs is right you don't HAVE to. It will start your car right out of the gate. Always top them off first though if you can.

MOST of the time they come ready to go and precharged, well at least the ones i sell do. but yes precautions show you should just top it off to be safe

yeah they should do it. your car wont charge it though.
