alright, my friend has a redtop battery that he could sell to me. I am going to eventually get my alternator rewound, should I wait to install the battery or just install it before the new alternator? Also, the red top will be fine for powering my whole car, right? THanks...

it will be good once you dont like to run your system much wit hthe engien off. other than that go ahead and put it in.

Helped my car. Keeps the voltage up. I dont have my alt rewound yet. I'll be havin that done when school gets out and I get a job. My lights sure don't dim as much. Go for it.

should you have your alt rewound even though nothing's wrong with it? should'nt it be rewound if it got busted or something? if nothings wrong with your alt and you rewound would it increase its output?
