.M3TH0D is a pretty shitty troll to be honest... and I wouldn't exactly call paying 600 a month for my car "Dumping'' it. I'd understand your advice if I was thinking about purchasing a brand new one, but unfortunately I have too much sense to pay 1,400-1,500 for a car.

You don't know what my occupation is. You don't know what kind of investments I own, and what I have coming to me through inheritance. Point being, what's the point of dumping all my money into "investments"? Where's the fun in that? Wow, I work so hard to just die with a lot of money in my portfolio... and spent half my life living well below my means.

And how is 10 rental units a bad idea exactly? After it's paid off 90 percent of the money you're bringing in is all gravy, minus taxes and needs for the house and stuff, then when I'm done renting them out, I simply sell them for a pretty nice profit.
