Traveling to Philipsburg, PA - what do do there?

I will be leaving on monday for a 4 week stay at a ski lodge in Philipsburg, PA. Anyone live around that area that has any suggestions as to what to do? Will be working 8-5 during the day, with weekends free. I have never been east of Ohio, so this will be a new adventure (and company paid!).

Suggestions? Other than hookers, as that is a given!

What resort? And how far is it. I been to holiday valley and peak and peak in ny. Lookin forsome new places this year

Not sure of the resort name yet, but its in Moshannon (sp?) Valley.

How far is it?? What do you mean? Its about 3,000 miles from my house, LOL

Looks like it will be mid 50's the entire time I am there, so skiing is out of the question.

I can only have a carry-on bag, so a razor scooter won't fit.....nor do I think it would be allowed on the flight.

Me + razor scooter = broken razor scooter

I have lived within 10 minutes of philipsburg pa for 15 years of my life ( im 17 now). If your into the outdoors check out quehanna. about an hour away though. Black moshannon is closer and has some nice trails to walk && roads to drive. In quehanna there is alot of woods, trails to walk/hike. There are also many old abandoned buildings from back in the early war days. Engine testing sites, old camps, an old secret runway...things of that type. Other then that theres not much. Glad i live near erie now. Theres a bit more to do.

Blue Knob=ghey this time of year. And there are no good hookers in Altoona. Unless you like crack-***** *****esd like my ex....Then I could hook ya up! BTW..I live like 45min from Philipsburg.
