a TV tuner card... there are many, MANY kinds. but you should be able to get a PCI one that goes in the extra slot in your computer that will hook up to your TV via S-Video\coax for like $100. just make sure you look at reviews. go check out http://www.bit-tech.net and maybe post this question in their forums.
